Our webbing is made with 100% first quality virgin yarns purchased directly from the world's largest integrated fiber and polymer manufacturer, Invista Performance Fibers©.
The design of the webbing provides lock-stitched edgings, multi-layer construction, 360° protection, low elongation, DOT's interlock design, and meets DOT's own "Ultra" break test performance criteria.
We maintain the highest standards on burn rates, elongation, ultimate break strength, and abrasion as tested by SAE standards and ANSI standards at independent labs. In short we have purposefully made our webbing to conform to the standards of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Web Sling & Tie Down Association (WSTDA), and the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

After receiving our raw materials and clearing
the product for production they are accepted at one of our state of the art Muller looms. Here we maintain both quality and speed. Our looms are constantly monitored and physically checked approximately once every 5 minutes.
Our plant workers are trained, mentored, and then certified by our plant manager to operate our equipment. Only when they are fully competent to run the machine and produce the quality of product our customers demand and require they will be allowed to produce your products.
As an FAA approved manufacturing facility, our guidelines are set above ISO standards. We are routinely inspected for conformance and quality standards by approved FAA inspectors and have been rated among some of the best in the world.

Our finished items are the best you will find on the market. We don't play marketing games. Another company once said "Don't be fooled" in regards to 2" ratchet straps with a 10,000 Lbs. breaking strength.
We say the same!
Our 2" webbing currently carries a single marker line, however, it has a maximum break strength that averages well over 13,000 Lbs. When used in our 2" X 27' ratchet strap with wire hooks or flat hooks the ultimate load breaks at well over 13,000 Lbs. providing the toughest strap on the market. (Test results available on request, ratings will vary from ultimate loads as a safety precaution.)
Our webbing produced at our FAA approved manufacturing facility in South Carolina. We also inspect products in house and have certifications and independent testing done by an unbiased national lab to confirm our results and assure quality. If you need a custom strap we can provide you with it.

Just like our domestic product, DOT Tiedown only sells the best products. Our overseas facilities offers 300,000 sq meters for your production needs. We provide straps for general trucking and cargo shipping while on the retail side alone we make, ship, and package over 12,000 straps daily. Many of these straps can be seen here in the US in mass retail locations.

DOT Tiedown has always been aggressive with hardware pricing. Now it has gotten even better.
With volume based pricing we are able to offer rates on US based straps that are competitive enough to ship to 6 continents. Our US hardware distribution warehouse allows container loads of hardware to be shipped directly from Asia to your location. It also allows us to clear goods and ship pallets out quickly and easily. Container loads, based on credit approval, may provide up to 30 day terms.
Contract pricing is arranged for minimum quantities over the course of a year and should be for a minimum of $1,000 Monthly to qualify.
